Matthew was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana. He currently lives with his wife and two dogs in Westfield, Indiana. By day he works as a Field Solutions Engineer for a global IT products and services company. During his free time you will find him reading books, listening to music, playing both board and video games, writing, and running. He also enjoys spending time with friends and relaxing nights out.

Matthew is currently working on his first novel: Redemption.

Redemption is a post-apocalyptic work of fiction that focuses on a small city and it's residents in the Pacific Northwest. A disease ravages the country and tragic events unfold that change the course of human history. The residents of Redemption cope, struggle, succeed, and fail as they try to recover and move forward. With some unexpected twists and turns along the way, this small city will play a crucial role in the redemption of a fallen society
